I
sent
out
the
latest
NeedleNews
before
Christmas,
but
already
we
have
some
additions.
- We
have
dates
set
for
a
Beginner
Serger
class.
Thursday
afternoons
from
12:30-3:30.
February
7,
14
&
21.
This
class
is
great
for
those
who
don't
know
how
to
use
sergers
or
who
have
one
and
haven't
used
it
for
a
while.
We'll
cover
threading
the
machine
quickly
and
efficiently
and
also
look
at
all
the
basic
stitches
a
serger
can
do
as
well
as
learn
how
to
recognize
and
adjust
for
perfect
tension.
Each
class
ends
with
a
small
projects
to
show
off
your
new
found
skills.
Call
the
store
to
register.
The
supply
list
can
be
accessed
on
the
web
page.
- We
have
also
confirmed
dates
for
an Introduction
to Photo
Transfer.
April
1;
6:30-9pm.
Here's
what
Margaret
has
to
say
about
the
class.
"Preserving
your
memories
on
cloth,
creating
your
own
material,
using
Vintage
CD's
~ there
is
just
no
limit
to
what
you
can
do
with
a
bottle
of
Bubblejet
and
an
inkjet
printer.
Learn
HOW
to
get
started,
what
resources
are
available
and
see
projects
in
the
making
at
this
informative
demo! "
We'll
also
book
a
workday
where
Margaret
will
help
you
with
your
own
photos
and
give
you
practical
suggestions
for
layout
and
printing.
We
invite
you
to
join
us
in
our
2008
Monthly
Projects
program.
On
alternating
months,
we
will
have
an
idea
for
a
fabulous
vest
and
a
small
quilted
wallhanging.
The
kits
will
include
the
patterns
at
half
price
and
cost
no
more
than
$10.
Our
goal
is
to
encourage
you
to
try
something
new,
learn
a
new
technique,
and
fully
complete
projects
that
would
be
ideal
for
gift
giving
or
keeping
for
yourself.
Kits
for
the
first
kit
will
be
available
January
15.
See
the
website
for
full
details.
We
are
conducting
a
survey.
Send
us
some
ideas
of
products
you
would
like
to
see
available
at
Needleworks.
All
who
respond
will
be
entered
for
a
draw
at
the
end
of
the
month.
Have
a
great
week
sewing!
